Governor Abbott has lifted the mask mandate in Texas effective March 10, 2021. Organizations can decide whether or not to continue wearing masks and following CDC requirements. MedStar will continue to follow the evidenced-based CDC guidelines and our processes remain unchanged, including mask requirements in ambulances and buildings. Along with the governor, we are encouraging our team members to continue to take precautions including social distancing, mask wearing and frequent hand washing.
